Newt Bartel laid the ground work for what would become Fortress Homes early in life. As a young child, everything he built was lovingly referred to by his father as "built like a fort." So it became only fitting that after years of apprenticeship, Newt formed his own company. And so was born, Fortress Homes. See, it really does all go back to family.
